Scott and I are from Indiana. We'd been a couple for over 12 years, raised 4 beautiful children together (2 his, 2 mine) when we decided to finally "tie the knot". We were already planning to drive across the country to see our son graduate Marine Boot camp in San Diego. So we thought, now that our children are older and moving on with their own lives, this may be the last time we're all together. So detouring thru Las Vegas on our way back home, to get married, with all our children present, was perfect! Neither of us wanted a big or traditional ceremony since we'd been married before. We talked to several Officiants in the Las Vegas area, but most either wanted to charge outrageous prices or make us have a ceremony we really didn't want. When things were beginning to look discouraging, and as if we should hold off another 12 years, we found Wanda! Wanda was exactly what we were looking for! She understood we wanted something beautiful but very intimate. And that time and money were indeed issues we couldn’t ignore. She was more than accommodating to all of our needs. She allowed us to make some changes to the ceremony to better fit our situation/lifestyle. She even advised us on the traffic from San Diego to Las Vegas, since we’d never been there before. She could tell how stressed I was, and always tried to comfort me with words of encouragement. Wanda you’re awesome and we just love ya!
