Kris did our wedding photography several years ago. We picked her as our wedding photographer because her photos were great, the price was good, and she explained everything to us about all the different types of albums and such so we could make our own decision. She promised to make sure our day was relaxing but kept on schedule. She even made sure the guys in the wedding party had fun! We got through all the wedding photos quickly even with all the artsy photos added in. Since then she has done a maternity session and a newborn session for us. The service has always been fast at maybe a week or so to see the finished photos and the quality of the pictures is amazing. With our maternity and newborn sessions, Kris even helped us decide on what to wear. We figured she would do that because she helped us so much with planning everything out for the wedding photos. Kris has even taught us some cool photo tips for taking better snapshots with our little camera at home so we can get better everyday photos of the baby. My wife and I thought that was really nice of her to take the time to do that. If you are looking for a photographer that really cares about their clients, then you should give Kris at Bella Vita Studios a call.

Kris captured all of the moments most photographers would miss. Every detail of my day was there and made available immediately for me. She bent over backwards to accommodate us on short notice since she had an opening in her schedule and got pictures and videos posted the same night for us! We even did a family photo shoot just a couple days before the wedding and she had pictures and a slideshow prepared and on display at the reception for us. I would never dream of using a different photographer! I am a client for life!

Our business name was changed years ago because we stopped offering videography services and "video" was part of our business name. Due to a business license name conflict when we took "video" off the name, we had to choose a different business name. This was not our decision. Legally, we could not use the same business name and just drop "video" from the name as there was another business with that name already in our state. The decision to change a business name is not a light one. Part of our decision was based on dropping "video" from the name and part of it was based on making sure the business name matched the image of the new studio building that we were using. Again, turnaround times for wedding photos are 2-3 days. Turnaround times for albums are under 7 days. It is the clients' responsibility to approve the album in a timely manner. We can not legally print an album until the clients approve it in writing. I honor that policy even when the clients take a long time to approve the album or make many change requests.

Clients who have made repeated changes to their wedding albums have waited for their album because they kept making changes. I try to accommodate all clients to make sure they love their albums by making changes until they are happy with everything. Our business is rated an A- by the BBB as we provide superior service that goes above and beyond. I'm sorry if you friend waited on her album, but I assure you that it was because she made multiple changes that required redoing the album over and over. Most photographers charge huge fees to redo album pages. We do not. Our turnaround time for wedding photos is 2-3 days. Albums are designed within a week after the wedding. After that, it is up to the client to approve the album and sign off on the designs. If a client makes repeated change requests, we try to honor those even when the client changes their mind many times.

We just love the photos of our wedding from Bella Vita Studios! I'm so glad we shopped around to find a wedding photographer that really had a lot of experience. We had a lot of crazy lighting issues in our church and Kris handled everything so easily. I love the fancy lighting that she did for the photos of the two of us outside and then for the first dance too. Gorgeous blue skies and so much sparkle and color in the reception photos! Not that blah looking stuff or super flashy like you see in other people's photos that hire just "whoever" for their photos. I was AMAZED at all the cool lighting and different effects that Kris was able to do in our photos. I don't know how she does all of that stuff, but let me tell you- there is a MAJOR difference between hiring not only an experienced pro but someone who can ROCK YOUR WEDDING. Kris rocked our wedding and she can do it for you too! I also loved the end of the night slideshow thing that she did. What a cool way to end the night with all of those great photos from our day. I totally cried during the slideshow!

Kris not only did a fantastic job with the photos but she also was so easygoing and flexible with getting all of the shots that we wanted. She even helped us plan the day out so we got everything done without feeling rushed! I felt so relaxed all day long knowing that she was creating beautiful photos of everything so we could relive our special day again and again. We also got our photos back right away. There were a ton of photos too! Kris captured everything. I don't know how she was everywhere at once, but there are all kinds of candids, details, funny moments, tears... Plus all of those amazing artsy shots that we wanted! Just amazing and probably worth several times what we paid. Highly recommended!

Kris did an amazing job as a photographer for our wedding! She helped with planning the day's timeline, which took a lot of stress away. She was open to any of our suggestions, and did a great job with artistic shots as well. We worked with Kris on our engagement photos and we were so pleased with those as well! She's friendly and down-to-earth, and I highly recommend Bella Vita Studios!

Kristi is an excellent photographer! Not only did she get AMAZING shots at my wedding, but she also was extremely helpful in creating the wedding day schedule.
