(Will not perform intermarriage between Jews and non-Jews. Will not perform ceremonies on or around Sabbath or major Jewish Holidays). Licensed by Commonwealth of Virginia and in New York City. Available in NY for the summer, especially Sullivan County and nearby counties. Willing to travel if expenses are covered.
