To Tan or Not To Tan

Living in the state of Florida, we are graced by the beautiful sunshine on a daily basis. And on your special day, every bride wants to have that lovely tan glow on their skin. The only thing is... brides beware! One tip that I give to all of my brides is to be sure that when you are tanning, whether you are laying out or going to the tanning beds, be sure not to get too terribly dark. Why not, you ask? Because when you put on your makeup, it lightens your skin unless you use a good bronzer. Being too tan in a photograph can give you a dark body and lighter face depending on your skin tone. Getting too much sun prior to your wedding may mean your wedding photographs will not turn out their very best.
